FQB Community Rules

The goal of this forum is to create a community of folks around FQB's accounting software.

In order to create a welcoming environment, please observe the following rules:

• Only one account per user.  If you need to change your name or have other account issues, please post a thread or PM a moderator.
  
• Please treat other members, including FQB staff and moderators, with respect and kindness.  We want to encourage constructive criticism of our software and especially helpful suggestions, but we will not allow name-calling, personal attacks, or other inappropriate behavior or harassment of any member of this community.
  
• No Trolling.  If you're here to pick a fight, we will ask you to go elsewhere.  Insults and inflammatory or offensive comments will be deleted.  Repeated offenses will lead to a ban.
  
• Hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, trans-phobia, or any other form of bigotry will be met with an immediate and permanent ban.
  
• No doxxing.  Please take care not to disclose personal information about members without prior consent (e.g., names, contact details, pictures, personal details, etc., including info from private messages, Facebook, email, and social media.)  If someone has posted or given their name publicly in a forum post, then it is OK to use it, otherwise refer to them by their handle.
  
• No politics.  Political posts will be removed, with or without warning.
  
• Please keep signatures and avatars appropriate.  Obscene or excessively rude/lewd/crude language or images should be reserved for other communities.
  
• Criticism of QuickBooks is encouraged, but please keep cursing and insults to a minimum.  We know this is difficult.
  
• Criticism of FQB is also encouraged.  Please make it constructive so that we can make our product better.
  
• No advertising unless you are an approved vendor.
  
• No nudity or sexual content (including comments, images, jokes, etc.) This includes overly suggestive images.
  
• Please keep profanity to a minimum.
  

Any violation of these rules may result in a warning, temporary ban, or permanent ban.
